Home of White House Shooter Robert Pickett
On February 7, 2001, Evansville was thrust into the national media spotlight when an Evansville man, Robert Pickett, was shot by the Secret Service after firing shots at the White House. His home is only a couple of miles from 200B, and these pictures were taken at his house on the afternoon of the incident.
